★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar , asesores muy amables y te resuelven todas las dudas que tienes , te enseñan las casas y cuando estás en el proceso siempre están atentos y te apoyan, muy recomendado 5 estrellas, en mi experiencia empecé el proceso con ellos en agosto para mediados y para octubre ya estábamos finalizando la firma , y ya para noviembre ya tenia mi casa muy recomendado el lugar le doy 5 estrellas por que siento que se lo merecen.
Excellent place, very friendly advisors and they solve all the doubts you have, they show you the houses and when you are in the process they are always attentive and support you, highly recommended 5 stars, in my experience I started the process with them in August for mid and By October we were already finalizing the signing, and by November I already had my house highly recommended. I give it 5 stars because I feel they deserve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento es muy bonito al igual que las casas, muy tranquilo y sobre todo que está en crecimiento y es una zona que está tomando mayor plusvalía. Lo recomiendo 100% totalmente para vivir o invertir.
The subdivision is very beautiful as well as the houses, very quiet and above all that it is growing and it is an area that is gaining more value. I totally recommend it 100% to live or invest.

Me parece un muy buen lugar para comprar tu primera casa.
Tiene parque, un Oxxo y algunas tiendas de particulares donde puedes encontrar ahorita lo básico, Sin embargo para acudir a ellas si tendrás que utilizar tu vehículo.
It is a development that is in its first two stages, it has several housing models with very affordable prices.
Sounds like a great place to buy your first home.
It has a park, an Oxxo and some private stores where you can find the basics right now, however to go to them you will have to use your vehicle.
