★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los que atienden tienen son déspotas y te tratan como si fueras estupida. Sacas un cita y la pierdes, porque en ningún lugar te dice qué documentos debes llevar de manera "actualizada". Te piden una pluma para evitar contagios pero cuando te toman las huellas digitales y la fotografía, sus máquinas están asquerosas. En fin, viva México.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es absurdo que tr hagan regresar a las 3 pm por el pasaporte. En ningún otra oficina y en los años que llevo sacando mi pasaporte me hacen regresar. Tuve cita a las 9 am y me hicieron regresar a las 3 pm por el. Ni se respeta la sana distancia. Es absurdo que te hagan salir 2 veces de tu casa cuando se debería de tener el menor contando posible con las personas. Pésimo!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención! No respetan las citas. Te hacen esperar 3 horas que porque validan tus documentos y de todos modos te hacen ir una semana después a recoger tu pasaporte. Son personal muy grosero, poco humano y déspota. No es posible que haya mejor atención en los módulos del INE. Si puedes evitar asistir aquí, te haces un gran favor. Tampoco respetan la sana distancia ni el protocolo de pandemia porque ponen a todos juntos en una oficina sin ventilación y en espacio cerrado. Un lugar horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agradó mucho su atención, desde el Oficial que recibe a los citados, hasta las personas dentro del lugar que nos atienden. Llegue antes porque no sabía cómo iba a estar el tráfico y nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad.
No logré tramitar los pasaportes, pero ellos son muy amables y explican todas las dudas que uno tenga.
I really liked his attention, from the Officer who receives those mentioned, to the people inside the place who serve us. I arrived earlier because I didn't know how the traffic was going to be and they treated us very kindly.

Una señora de estatura baja y anteojos que atiende ahí tiene el ego demasiado alto y necesita aterrizar, es déspota y se burla de los demás. Desafortunadamente no tiene gafete y no da su nombre para ponerle su merecido reporte. Es una pena que contraten personas así para dar servicio al cliente. Si tienen oportunidad de ir a otro sitio, háganlo, no sea que se topen con esta persona, pasen un pésimo rato y pierdan su tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE servicio en la oficina de pasaportes, la mujer de cabello pintado de rubio que hace la encuesta es sumamente prepotente, mal encarada y grosera, hoy cambio la información de mis datos para el pasaporte y me cancelo mi cita siendo que me tuvieron esperando 4 HORAS DESDE TEMPRANO. Evidentemente están desorganizados y hacen mal su trabajo, te dicen que pases a otro lado para luego GRITARTE y tratarte MUY MAL. Ojalá den solución

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio muy bien, la atención decente y respetable aunque no hay medidas de prevención contra el COVID (lleven su propio gel o toallitas) ni para limpiar el uso de biométricos o al realizar la firma electrónica.
Lo que implica esa evaluación es debido a que no te especifican que al menos requieres de DOS HORAS libres (en mi caso dos horas 35 minutos) para realizar el trámite de pasaporte como primera vez, si yo tenía planes pues "agua y ajo"; además, en sus requisitos les faltó indicar que se quedan con la copia certificada de tu acta de nacimiento ORIGINAL, la cuál necesitaba para realizar otro trámite el mismo día y en NINGÚN MOMENTO me dieron la indicación durante el proceso, es una pena pero eso tira todo el sistema que tienen hecho.
Como sugerencia a quien haga el trámite, vaya con suficiente tiempo y con que llegue hasta 15 minutos (o incluso 10) antes de su cita, no necesita llegar tan anticipadamente.

As a suggestion to whoever does the paperwork, go with enough time and as long as you arrive up to 15 minutes (or even 10) before your appointment, you do not need to arrive so early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super rápido el trámite. Me entregaron y resolvieron todo en una hora. Parece que se agilizó el proceso. Pero si no quieren tener problemas lean bien el instructivo que te da la página después de hacer su cita. El acta de pasaporte primera vez es original saquenla con tiempo.
Mi única observación es que limpien las huellas digitales y los visores para tomar el iris porque estamos en pandemia y no hubo cuidado con eso.

My only observation is that they clean the fingerprints and the visors to take the iris because we are in a pandemic and there was no care with that.
