★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saben a pastes...pero en mi humilde opinión podrían mejorar su sabor, la tradicional de carne con papas, era de papas con rastros de carne, y la de tinga de pollo estaba bien engañada de pura cebolla. Saludos.
They taste like pastes ... but in my humble opinion they could improve their flavor, the traditional one of meat with potatoes, was of potatoes with traces of meat, and the one of chicken tinga was well cheated of pure onion. Greetings.

The pastes are from the original recipe of the town of Real del Monte in Hidalgo. They are homemade Pastes made by the Guerrero Family. They are a delight! Those of potatoes, Tinga, Green Mole, Beans! You cannot miss this unique culinary experience! I congratulate Doña Norma and Don Moises ate me some delicious pastries
