★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo en estos departamentos y puedo decir que es una mala calidad, no se puede clavar nada porque enseguida el clavo cae al piso, los servicios de agua y gas son llevados por administración y no pasan los recibos hasta que la factura es gigante y te dicen que si no pagas se cortará el servicio, renta excesivamente cara para unos departamentos chiquitos
El agua de la llave huele feo y por lo menos una vez a la semana sale de color café
I live in these apartments and I can say that it is of poor quality, you cannot nail anything because immediately the nail falls to the floor, the water and gas services are handled by the administration and they do not pass the receipts until the bill is huge and they tell you that if you don't pay the service will be cut off, excessively expensive rent for some small apartments
The tap water smells bad and at least once a week it comes out brown

Te cobran $500 de mantenimiento y el agua del tinaco está puerca. Sale de la regadera con olor a huevo podrido, del lavabo sale café y siempre hay huevos de zancudo (no puedes usar el lavabo).
Ya van meses que les planteamos la situación y nada.
La cuenta del gas te la dejan caer sin previo aviso cuando son más de mil pesos.
Hay un baldío donde habitan alacranes (matamos uno)
Las paredes se descarapelan súper rápido.
Los materiales de mala calidad.
El pegamento de los azulejos se cae y de ahí salen cucarachas.
No hay duda que no renovaríamos contrato.

They charge you $500 for maintenance and the water in the tank is soggy. It comes out of the shower smelling like rotten eggs, coffee comes out of the sink, and there are always mosquito eggs (you can't use the sink).
It's been months since we raised the situation with them and nothing.
The gas bill is dropped without prior notice when it is more than a thousand pesos.
There is a wasteland where scorpions live (we killed one)
The walls peel off super fast.
Poor quality materials.
The glue on the tiles falls off and cockroaches come out of it.
There is no doubt that we would not renew the contract.

Los depas son muy bonitos y muy bien distribuidos, es un excelente proyecto para vivienda o inversión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La oferta base 1 130 000 no cuenta con estacionamiento, realmente, no tiene sentido comprar sin tener un cajon. Al final, con un cajon, te sale minimum 1 350 000 (sin gastos de escritura todavía), muy, muy, muy costoso el cajon a fuera.
Hay un mantenimiento mensual de 600$ par cortar el pasto + luz de fuera jajaja, se me hace bien caro. No tienes tus propios contratos de agua/gaz y electricidad, ellos lo manejan...
El precio total esta muy elevado para esa colonia mucho mas que al rededor esta bien feo. Los cuartos están muy chiquitos. No me convenció pa nada. Seria mejor poner el precio base con cajon en el anuncio para evitar hacer perder tiempo.
