★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable, totalmente informales.Acuerdan venir a por ti a una hora, te llaman al día siguiente te la cambian y te vuelven a llamar más tarde de las 10 de la noche del día anterior al viaje para volvértela a cambiar. Y encima se presentan 15 minutos antes y te corretean. Pues aquí estoy. 3 horas antes de un vuelo nacional sin tener que documentar. Busquen otra agencia para traslado al aeropuerto.
 Nothing recommended, totally informal They agree to come for you at an hour, they call you the next day they change it and they call you again later than 10 at night the day before the trip to change it again. And on top of that, they show up 15 minutes before and chase you around. So here I am. 3 hours before a domestic flight without having to document. Find another agency for airport transfer.

Brenda y Susana fueron el gran ejemplo de amabilidad y atención al cliente. Unidades en muy buenas condiciones, operadores profesionales y con seguro de viajero incluido. Tomamos el tour a Chiflón y Montebello, y traslado al aeropuerto.

Nos recibieron en el aeropuerto de Tuxtla traslado al hotel, paseo miradores y lancha en Cañón del Sumidero, sugerencia de comer buffet en restaurante de Stuart en Chiapa de Corzo y traslado a San Cristóbal. Camioneta de modelo reciente con aire acondicionado para 10px éramos 6. Todo muy muy bien. Recomiendo 100 %.El guía capacitado, agradable y muy responsable
Excellent attention and service, punctual above all an operator would be and fulfilled. We were met at the Tuxtla airport, transferred to the hotel, tour of viewpoints and boat ride in the Sumidero Canyon, suggestion to eat buffet at Stuart's restaurant in Chiapa de Corzo and transfer to San Cristóbal. Late model van with air conditioning for 10px there were 6 of us. All very very well. I recommend 100%. The trained, pleasant and very responsible guide

Tome tours con ellos para descubrir Chiapas sobre 5 dias.
Unicamente el primer dia el choffer pidio que todo el mundo sigueria las recomendaciones de salud poniendo el cubrebocas.
Los otros no. Uno de ellos me dijo que si queria yo podia ponermela !!!!!!!
Es malo porque lo demas paso bastante bien.

Take tours with them to discover Chiapas over 5 days.
Only on the first day did the driver ask that everyone follow the health recommendations by putting on a face mask.
The others don't. One of them told me that if I wanted I could wear it !!!!!!!
It's bad because the rest went pretty well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente estoy más que complacido por el trato que me ha dado Brenda, me encantó cómo me explicó con todo detalle todas las opciones para que yo pudiese disfrutar al máximo del hermoso estado de Chiapas, Brenda me impresionó cómo resolvía todas mis dudas (soy muy preguntón) con una calma y una actitud tan amable, durante todo mi tour (4 días y 3 noches) estuvo al pendiente de mi y eso por supuesto me hizo sentir VIP, siempre trató de solucionar los imponderables que se presentan en un viaje en carretera, realmente Brenda fue muy profesional. Recomiendo mucho que vayan con ella si quieren tener una gran experiencia.
I am definitely more than pleased with the treatment that Brenda has given me, I loved how she explained in detail all the options so that I could fully enjoy the beautiful state of Chiapas, Brenda impressed me how she solved all my doubts (I am very wondering ) with such a calm and friendly attitude, throughout my tour (4 days and 3 nights) he was attentive to me and that of course made me feel VIP, he always tried to solve the imponderables that arise on a road trip, really Brenda was very professional. I highly recommend that you go with her if you want to have a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our daughter was puking in the morning and we couldn’t join the booked trip. They wouldn’t let us reschedule and only refunded the „entrance fees“. So we waisted $M 1200. There are plenty of others agencies around. Make sure of their „being sick“ policy.

In the evening before the departure I asked for cancellation and refund.
According to Brenda it was not impossible due to “the policy”. Not sure wich one though.
I wouldn’t advise this firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a trip from San Cris to Palenque. How can they put 3 tall people at the back seat of the small van for so many hours on a bumpy road ? it was a nightmare!!! The seat was not adjustable, no room for legs, bags from the back moved forward so there was even less room, had back pain after half an hour. The stop for breakfast was really bad, waited 40min only for one coffee and a juice and they wanted to cheat on the money, said i gave them 100 instead of 200, really terrible choice of places, why do you cooperate with cheaters...?
