★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una reservacion para dos urvans. Me mandaron los numeros de confirmacion. Despues hable para verificar que todo estuviera bien y resulta que la vans ya no estan disponibles y ni siquiera se me aviso. Que mal servicio!!!
 I made a reservation for two urvans. They sent me the confirmation numbers. Then I spoke to verify that everything was fine and it turns out that the vans are no longer available and not even noticed. What a bad service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace poco rentamos carro ahí, nos lo entregaron sucio y con medio tanque de gasolina, al momento de regresar el carro regresamos el tanque de gasolina justo como ellos nos lo entregaron y se molestaron y nos cobraron la gasolina que faltaba, siendo que ellos lo entregaron mal y nos dijeron que así lo podíamos regresar, así mismo el colaborador Oliver tiene pésima atención al cliente, junto con su compañera.
We recently rented a car there, they delivered it to us dirty and with a half tank of gasoline, at the time of returning the car we returned the gas tank just as they delivered it to us and they bothered us and they charged us for the missing gasoline, since they delivered it badly and they told us that this way we could return it, likewise the collaborator Oliver has terrible customer service, along with his partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hicimos la reservación por internet y cuando vamos a recogerlo no cuentan con el vehículo solicitado, tardaron 40 min en hacernos un contrato y otra hora y media en entregarnos un carro, que el cual nos llevaron a recoger en otra sucursal, les dijimos que íbamos a la cdmx y no nos dieron el vehículo con los permisos necesarios, nos llevaron al corralon y tuvimos que pagar una multa gigante por la cual la empresa no se hizo responsable y se lavó las manos solo diciendo que fue negligencia de la persona que nos atendió. Obviamente primera y última vez que contratamos sus servicios
Terrible service, we made the reservation online and when we are going to pick it up they do not have the requested vehicle, it took 40 min to make us a contract and another hour and a half to deliver a car, which they took us to pick up at another branch, we told them that we were going to the cdmx and they did not give us the vehicle with the necessary permits, they took us to the corralon and we had to pay a giant fine for which the company was not responsible and washed their hands just saying that it was the negligence of the person who attended U.S. Obviously the first and last time we hired your services
