★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recibieron nuestro CPU, con alta experiencia el Ingeniero diagnóstico enseguida el problema que presentaba, mi esposo líquido enseguida el costo de la reparación, sin embargo por causas de fuerza mayor el Ingeniero no pudo reparar el equipo, sin embargo, su hijo nos entregó el CPU, y como caballero que es, nos comentó que se realizaría el reembolso, eso habla de su profesionalismo y compromiso con los clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para llevar su equipo de cómputo a reparar, el dueño es muy formal y honesto. Le llevé mi laptop a reparar y me la tuvo lista al día siguiente a un precio muy razonable. Queda recalcar que hay pocos técnicos honestos en esta cuidad, el dueño es uno de ellos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Llevé el equipo porque no tenía los codecs de audio, después de 1 día tarde de entrega, marco para preguntar y me dice sorprendido: "no tiene audio!" a lo que le respondí que fue eso por lo que la llevé en un principio. -__- al final lo que más me molestó es que me trajo dando vueltas durante días porque me súper aseguró mi respaldo, y no tuvo la delicadeza de respaldarlo y revisarlo, cuándo llegué me dijo "no había nada en el escritorio". Señor, si ya no tiene memoria y no se acuerda, contrate una secretaria.

Mi hermana le llevo su laptop y se la regreso peor, le rayó la pantalla, se la abrió y todavía para colmo le metió unos tornillos en el area de la bocina, es decir la perforó y haber q otras cosas van saliendo. Es un cínico que dice; se te regreso el dinero pero ahora debe de pagar la pantalla y el área de bocina, los cables, la indemnización, el daño
Moral y el tiempo perdido. Repito no vayan incluso es para demandar y queja en profeco. Es un fraude.
