★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal no tiene los conocimientos suficientes para llevar a cabo los trámites, tuve un proceso de aproximadamente 4 meses para hacer mi expediente, en la parte comercial no saben básicamente nada, te dicen que te avisarán del proceso y solo te hacen perder meses. Muy mala experiencia, aunque la sucursal es muy limpia y moderna.
The staff does not have enough knowledge to carry out the procedures, I had a process of approximately 4 months to do my file, in the commercial part they know basically nothing, they tell you that they will notify you of the process and they only make you lose months. Very bad experience, although the branch is very clean and modern.
