The tacos are the best I've had in Mexico, Pepe is an absolute legend, the scenery, the food and his passion makes for such a good night. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First had Pepe’s tacos when he was down in La Punta, he re-defined what an amazing taco is. For 2 years I have been telling everyone I know who visits PE that the the best taco I have ever had was by crazy Pepe. Don’t be deterred by the looks of the place, the food is excellent. 100% recommend the Mojito too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing fish tacos (get the shrimp taco!), made with love and served with a smile. You’re sitting in someone’s garden basically with some chickens walking around, which makes the place even better if you’d ask me. 50 pesos a taco, but they are big and absolutely loaded. Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing tacos!! Huge portion with fresh ingredients, we tried with fish and shrimps both with coconut. Delicious! I really recommend. The place doesn’t seem welcoming from the outside but the owner is so nice and it’s totally worth it.

I highly recommend going here for the BEST FISH/Shrimp tacos in puerto Escondido. You’ll also get into a discussion about life and it makes the whole experience complete. Go here you will not be disappointed… Support Pepe in his goal of opening a real restaurant again… Pepe’s fish tacos for life and the chickens and setting make it even better.
