Ya me iba, sólo regresé para corregir un error en la factura y me cobraron los cortes... Es ridículo que se ofrezcan y luego te lo cobren sin avisar, ni se disculparon y con trato frío se respaldaron con un anuncio nada visible detrás de una mosquitera, no quise pelear por $70 pesos pero deja una experiencia desagradable, tenía mas proyectos para comprar material pero ahora ni ganas de regresar, mal servicio al cliente por parte de administración.
I bought 3 rods and they did not fit in my truck so the helper very kindly offered to cut them. I was leaving, I only returned to correct an error in the invoice and they charged me for the cuts ... It is ridiculous that they are offered and then they charge you without warning, nor did they apologize and with cold treatment they backed themselves with an ad not visible behind A mosquito net, I did not want to fight for $ 70 pesos but it leaves an unpleasant experience, I had more projects to buy material but now I do not want to return, bad customer service from the administration.
