Si pudiera darle una cantidad de estrellas negativas lo haría, aguamole(porque guacamole no es ni de broma) pasado(negro), 2 rebanadas de pepino super delgaditas, 2 rebanadas de rábano(¿a quien le gusta el rábano?), suficiente carne si no fuera por el hecho de que trae mucho nervio(gordura), y todo lo anterior es le de menos ya que estuve media hora observando y analizando toda la preparación, el que hacia las quesadillas sudaba exageradamente y todo el sudor disque se lo secaba en sus pantalones(por la parte mas sucia, con la parte que se sienta, es decir, la parte trasera del pantalón) o en su playera(no eran para traer un mandil), acto seguido con las manos sin limpiar sazonaba las quesadillas, el plato y todo lo que estuviera a su alcance, había otro señor que sin tener cuidado se acercaba y con sus manitas igual o mas sucias andaba metido en todo. Ya por ultimo lo que mas me enojo fue que les pesa ponerles 1 limón entero(1/4 de limón por persona o pedido) a los pedidos(en esa media hora a muchos otros clientes les aplicaron la misma, venderles un poco mas de limón, cebolla y lechuga), si les pides cebolla asada te la cobran como un extra(15 pesos media cebolla, ni lo que cuesta el kilo) su argumento: es un extra <-- ¿un extra?, si ni siquiera incluyen una porción mínima de este complemento tan básico que en muchos lugares es un completamente gratis, se jactan que traen el sabor de Sinaloa, en Sinaloa en cualquier carreta hay cebolla y guacamole de verdad y si sirven otros complementos gratuitos. adjunto evidencia.
