★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvieron mis perros 2 semanas, el trato fue súper profesional. Diario me mandaban reporte de mis perros. Hasta FaceTime hice con ellos. Todos los que laboran ahí muy amables. Presupuesto dejaría nuevamente ahí a Bruno y Kira.
My dogs were there for 2 weeks, the treatment was super professional. Every day they sent me a report on my dogs. I even did FaceTime with them. Everyone who works there is very kind. Budget would leave Bruno and Kira there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La penúltima vez que lleve a mi perro me cobraron $250 por servicios de estética pero la peluquera insistía en darme un recibo por solo $200. Hoy hago cita para CORTE Y BAÑO, llegando me salen con que solo tienen servicio de baño. Qué poca seriedad. No regresaré. Aunque dicen que no son los mismos del hospital que los de la estética. Si es así una disculpa pero qué raro porque el teléfono al que hago las citas sí corresponde al hospital y siempre me han recibido a mi mascota indistintamente arriba o abajo, cómo es eso posible si no son los mismos? En fin, sirva esto como un llamado de atención a aclarar esos puntos..

Anyway, this serves as a wake-up call to clarify those points.

Wonderful place to take care of your pet, all the staff are friendly, the doctor who attended us super cute, careful and professional, gives you alternatives for treatments and suggestions for discomforts. Everything inside is very neat and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doy 5 estrellas por que de verdad es un súper lugar, después de años de buscar veterinario bueno, me encontré con este sitio, en la familia nos han salvado a 5 mascotas ya casi muertas… DUEÑO DEL LUGAR: tú sitio es increíble pero ojo: con los doctores que contratan, hacen que tu lugar se desprestigie mucho, UN DOCTOR LLAMADO ADRIÁN BRAVO SIEMPRE DE MALAS, súper mala atención, grosero, sucio, agresivo para contestar.. 3 personas de nosotros literal vamos con el y es un servicio pésimo, todos los demás desde la recepción súper doctores súper servicio.. súper atención.. la última vez el tipo se molestó por que le pedí que limpiara la báscula por qué vi que peso a un perro enfermo que tenían internado y aventó la báscula y me dijo que si era tan sensible como mi mascota que no debería llevarlo a un lugar en donde se atienden a perros enfermos, que me fuera a otro lado.. y ese día fue la primera vacuna de mi cachorrito, no la desinfecto, y tampoco el termómetro que también le pedí que lo desinfectara.. me dijo que lo llevara a lugares en donde solo vacunaran perros y vendieran comida para no necesitar que desinfectaran las cosas en donde hay perros enfermos como un hospital (es ilógico lo sé)
I give 5 stars because it really is a super place, after years of looking for a good vet, I found this site, in the family they have saved 5 pets that are almost dead... OWNER OF THE PLACE: your site is incredible but beware: with the doctors they hire, they make your place lose prestige a lot, A DOCTOR CALLED ADRIÁN BRAVO IS ALWAYS BAD, super bad attention, rude, dirty, aggressive to answer... 3 people of us literally go with him and it is a lousy service, everyone else from the front desk super doctors super service.. super attention.. last time the guy was upset because I asked him to clean the scale because I saw that I weigh a sick dog that they had hospitalized and he threw the scale and told me that if it was as sensitive as my pet that I shouldn't take it to a place where sick dogs are cared for, that I should go somewhere else... and that day was my puppy's first vaccination, I don't disinfect it, and neither does the thermometer that I also asked him to give it it will infect... he told me to take it to places where they only vaccinate dogs and sell food so they don't need to disinfect things where there are sick dogs like a hospital (it's illogical I know)
