Trainers are really nice, but some of the attendants really struggle to have a customer mentality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go there mainly for the grooming service for my two hairy monsters. They change the service personnels very often, which makes me wonder why. I would prefer putting my pets in the hand of familiar faces. Nonetheless, I'm satisfied with my last visit to them in the beginning of November 2018.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put the right price on the product!! They haven't fixed for 2 months!! Unbelievable.. Super rude cashiers. They should say sorry instead I don't know why the price is different. You guys should have a way better client service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our dog here for a haircut and bath. We brought him in at 12:30 and he wasn’t ready until 5:30. 5 hours for a haircut. During this time he wasn’t taken out to use the bathroom, so when I picked him up he was desperate for the bathroom. Additionally, I asked them to leave 3cm and they left nearly 6vm of hair. So I paid for them to cut 1 cm of hair- definitely not worth the time or effort for the poor treatment and results for my dog.
