★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi camioneta a servicio y pedi que atendieran una falla en los frenos, NUNCA se han comunicado conmigo, llevo dos visitas personales y 15 días esperando y aun no han tenido la atención de contactarme. Pésimo seguimiento del departamento de Servicio Tecnico. Anexo número de orden: G00010088 y N00010086. Aun no tengo certeza de cuando me entreguen mi unidad.
I took my truck to service and asked them to attend to a brake failure, they have NEVER contacted me, I have been waiting for two personal visits and 15 days and they still have not had the attention to contact me. Terrible follow-up from the Technical Service department. Annex order number: G00010088 and N00010086. I'm still not sure when my unit will be delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fundió el foco de baja y llame para que me asesorarán en como cambiarlo ya que estoy fuera de Guadalajara y me contestan que no pueden que debo llevarla a la agencia, le explico nuevamente que no estoy en la ciudad pero que voy a salir a carretera y que necesito cambiarlo por seguridad pero el pseudo asesor me dice que no puede y que sus técnicos están trabajando, le digo que es un caso de seguridad y contesta que el no pude hacer nada.
Pésima atención, ah pero para venderte un vehículo no dejan de llamarte y cuando se retrazan en la entrega del servicio y quieres aplicar la garantía de puntualidad te chillan a que no lo solicites ya que ellos tendrían problemas.
The low light burned out and I called for advice on how to change it since I'm out of Guadalajara and they tell me they can't, I have to take it to the agency, I explain again that I'm not in the city but I'm going to hit the road and that I need to change it for security reasons but the pseudo advisor tells me that he cannot and that his technicians are working, I tell him that it is a security case and he answers that he could not do anything.
Terrible attention, oh but to sell you a vehicle they keep calling you and when they are late in delivering the service and you want to apply the punctuality guarantee they yell at you not to request it since they would have problems.

Necesité detenerme y limpiar los vidrios por que estaban horribles así como el de la foto, pero todos.. hasta los retrovisores
The washing is included in the service, but if you are going to leave it like that, it is better not to touch it.
I needed to stop and clean the windows because they were horrible just like the one in the photo, but all of them... even the rear view mirrors
