★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing first dive with Misraim. He did a verbal training and we went out to test in shallow ocean. We were so nervous but they were really caring and attentive. The 2 dives were perfect length and so exhilarating. I am soooo happy we tried scuba as we originally just wanted to snorkel. I would recommend this shop to anyone coming to playa who wants a fun experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience, highly recommend it. Misraim and his staff were very detail oriented and helpful. Although I’m a good swimmer first dive I panicked, and most importantly is to just relax and breath like u would on surface. I did it the second dive ?. Highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O M G!!!! What an experience this was!! I will never forget my up close and personal encounter with the beautiful bull sharks of Playa del Carmen!!! Phantom Divers is amazing and they clearly care about the sharks and helping more people to understand them and be ambassadors for these majestic sharks that our oceans need and depend on. We must protect them and save them. We had an amazing group of divers with us for this adventure and Phantom made sure we understood what was going to happen and what we needed to do to stay safe and enjoy this magical experience. I will never be the same and I cannot wait to go back and dive with Phantom again! I was absolutely mesmerized throughout our time on the sandy bottom with all the beautiful bulls. Thank you so much for giving me a proper introduction to these sharks and helping to create memories I will always cherish. See you soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great dive shop! I had done a discovery dive once before last year and decided to pursue my Open Water Diver certification. The shop was helpful from beginning to end with all the information I needed to be successful. I did my PADI E-learning first to have my knowledge done and to save some time on the trip as far as reading goes.
Polo was my instructor through all of my cert. He made me feel comfortable, was extremely informative and kept things fun, while maintaining the importance of safety. After completing my 2 days and pool training (which we did in the ocean on a super calm day), I decided to come back one more day and do two more dives! The other instructors, Misrahim, Ramon, and Marco were also all great. I will definitely be back here whenever I am in Playa Del Carmen! Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my first open water dive with Borris from Phantom Divers in Playa del Carmen two days ago. . It was an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Getting ready for the dive was quick and informative. The best part was how comfortable the dive instructor made me feel in the water. I was a little intimidated at first since it was my first “real” open water dive. Borris was very professional and confident and really made sure to take things at a pace I was comfortable with. . By our second dive of the day, I felt SO comfortable under the water. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome shop to dive with. I’ve been all over and had the best dive experience ever with these guys. Santiago was fabulous, everyone was courteous and pro.
I did 2 dives at the Cozumel reefs, best dives ever. Next day my fiancé did some discovery dives with them and I tagged along for the shallow reef dives at Playa Del Carmen. She was terrified at first but Santiago calmly walked her through it and under she went. (So proud of my sweetie!?).
And they have cool t-shirts. Need I say more?
