Terrible experience, they do not answer your calls and if you try to resort to HR they treat you worse, what a pity that the company is affected by these workers, since it is a luxury brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. No contestan en el teléfono que viene aquí; cuando me contestaron quería agendar cita para visitar el showroom, no he tenido respuesta; al parecer si no has trabajado con ellos antes no te atienden.
Terrible customer service. They don't answer on the phone that comes here; When they answered, I wanted to make an appointment to visit the showroom, I have not had an answer; apparently if you have not worked with them before they do not take care of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible mi experiencia con piacere, me despidieron injustificadamente, me pagaron mi finiquito pero no me pagaron mis comisiones que corresponden por mi trabajo. Me amenazaron, la persona horrible de recursos humanos; deleznable esta gente piensen dos veces antes de contratarles.
My experience with piacere was terrible, they fired me unjustifiably, they paid me my settlement but they did not pay me my commissions that correspond to my work. They threatened me, the horrible human resources person; Delectable these people think twice before hiring them.
