There was a girl teaching me I think her name is Miriam. She was a really good instructor. Thanks so much. If I ever come back to PV I would love to take a class there again!!!!?

She is extremely knowledgeable and is one of a handful of Pilates instructors working in Mexico that is PMA certified. I have been working with Tere for two years and she has helped me immensely. I highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nacer is a first-rate yoga and pilates studio in Puerto Vallarta, located conveniently near our condo at Peninsula Plaza. The group classes and private lessons are customized to the needs of the students and taught by excellent trainers. This morning I had the best experience ever, even though I've been taking pilates and yoga for several years in various studios in the U.S. and Puerto Vallarta. Tere Lopez, the owner, is absolutely the best trainer I've experienced anywhere. She is skilled in a wide variety of yoga and pilates methods, and she speaks English as well as Spanish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this weekend we completed the third module of the Pilates teacher training course. The training was intense with lots of theory and the actual practice was most rewarding. At this point of the course we can see each other transforming from students into teachers to be.The weekend gave us an amazing experience of self-transformation gained through the regular Practice of Pilates. Of course we enjoy an amazing role model, all of this is possible thanks to the excellence of our teacher, Teresa Lopes. Thank you.
