★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta mucho, los ejercicios se hacen sobre la cama Reformer cuidando el cuerpo. El uso de resortes con resistencia tonifica los músculos, la instructora muy preparada. El mejor lugar de la zona para hacer Pilates, muy recomendable.
I like it a lot, the exercises are done on the Reformer bed taking care of the body. The use of springs with resistance tones the muscles, the instructor very prepared. The best place in the area to do Pilates, highly recommended.
