★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son amables. No me parece mucho la idea de que no hay un plan preestablecido para trabajar todo el cuerpo. La instructora lo decide y si no vas todos los días, te puede tocar trabajar las mismas áreas que la vez anterior.
They are friendly. The idea that there is no pre-established plan for working the whole body doesn't seem like much to me. The instructor decides and if you don't go every day, you may have to work the same areas as the previous time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal tiene buena variedad de horarios, las camas (reformer) están en buen estado y el lugar bastante cómodo. El instructor tiene buena actitud pero no parece dominar la técnica ni tener don para guiar la clase pero en general es agradable practicar aquí.
The branch has a good variety of schedules, the beds (reformer) are in good condition and the place is quite comfortable. The instructor has a good attitude but does not seem to master the technique or have a gift to guide the class but in general it is nice to practice here.
