★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente. Los gerentes estaban presentes y se escondieron en su oficina porque no querían realizar un cambio físico. Ni siquiera salir a explicar el motivo. Los empleados apenados ante la situación. Lamentable porque parecieran ser los mismos dueños.
Terrible customer service. The managers were present and hid in their office because they did not want to make a physical change. Not even going out to explain why. Employees distressed at the situation. Unfortunate because they seem to be the same owners.
