I dialed him around 10 in the morning to request a pipe and they told me that the pipe would arrive between 12:00 and 12:30, it was 1:30 in the afternoon and the pipe did not arrive, I dialed them again and I They said that they had difficulties to enter the street, but that in 1 hour it would arrive. It was 5 in the afternoon and nothing came. In the property where I live there are 4 families and considering all the delay that the pipe already had, they began to complain to me that it did not arrive and they asked me for the money that each one put for the pipe. At 6:30 in the afternoon the pipe came arriving, 6 hours after the time they had said it was arriving and at no time did they warn that they were going to take so long despite the fact that they asked for a contact number, so I had to say that I no longer needed it (what was I going to pay him with, if the money that had been collected had already been asked for back). I do not know why they give an hour but they will respect it or ask for a contact number if they are not going to inform you that it will take time to arrive; It was so easy to call on the phone and say "there is a lot of traffic, we will be late but if we get there", and with that one waits for them. For all the aforementioned, I recommend that you use the contact numbers to report any delays in delivery.
