★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venden productos defectuosos y no se hacen responsables de cambios. Recientemente adquirí un regulador de gas de dos vías y salió defectuoso. Al ir a solicitar el cambio se negaron y ante mi insistencia me ofrecieron solo cambiar el regulador y no las vías de cobre. Sacaron una caja nueva y me dieron únicamente el regulador y colocaron el regulador con fuga en la caja "nueva". Que pena por la persona que llegue a adquirir esa pieza y ojalá no tenga ningún accidente mayor por causa de esas negligencias.
No borren mi opinión, creo que los clientes tienen derecho a saber las incompetencias que comenten.
They sell defective products and are not responsible for changes. I recently purchased a two-way gas regulator and it came out defective. When they went to request the change they refused and at my insistence they offered me only to change the regulator and not the copper lines. They pulled out a new box and gave me just the regulator and put the leaking regulator in the "new" box. What a shame for the person who gets to acquire that piece and hopefully he does not have any major accident due to such negligence.
Do not erase my opinion, I believe that clients have the right to know the incompetencies they comment.

Ya son muchas veces que he ido a buscar algunas cosas, y muchas no los tienen, prefiero ir a cualquier Ferreteria de la esquina, donde si hacen cambios y devoluciones, y ademas tienen mas surtido surtido su tienda.
Si van a comprar deben saber y especificar muy bien que productos requieren, porque NO muestran las cosas, primero tienen que pagarlos y luego los entregan, MUUUY MAL SERVICIO,
SE LES HA OLVIDADO que la fidelidad de los clientes, es gracias a la flexibilidad y facilidad de cambios y devoluciones. En todas las ferreterias que he comprado y de las mejores, me han cambiado los articulos y hasta me han reembolsado el dinero.
