★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compre unos tachones, uno estaba mas apretado que el otro, a simple vista se ve que es defecto de fabrica, se usaron una vez porque no tenia otros para usar y me di cuenta en el campo, la persona que me atendió por tel, se negó a cambiarlos sin siquiera acceder a verlos, en las políticas de la empresa dice que deben de cambiarlos por defecto de fabrica, así que les recomiendo llevar una cinta de medir antes de comprar calzado de esta marca, lastima uno quiera apoyar marcas nacionales, pero así se dificulta.
Terrible service, I bought some studs, one was tighter than the other, at first glance it is seen that it is a manufacturing defect, they were used once because I had no others to use and I realized in the field, the person who attended me for tel, he refused to change them without even accessing to see them, in the company policies it says that they should change them by factory default, so I recommend you take a measuring tape before buying footwear from this brand, it hurts one wants to support brands national, but this is difficult.
