★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Hicimos el pedido por teléfono para pasar por ellas y no te dicen que cambiaron de nombre en el local a “Pizza Crown”.
2. Llegas a pagar y te dicen que solo en efectivo. Pudieron haber dicho eso y lo del cambio de nombre al momento de la llamada. Y en lugar de pedir una disculpa, la respuesta fue: solo en efectivo.
3. Llegamos a casa para disfrutar las pizzas y sorpresa, las pizzas crudas.
Espero que estos comentarios les sean de utilidad para mejorar y evitarle estas molestias a otras personas.
En La Posta pagas un poco más y tienes una mejor experiencia.
1. We made the order over the phone to go through them and they don't tell you that they changed their name on the premises to “Pizza Crown”.
2. You get to pay and they tell you only in cash. They could have said that and the name change at the time of the call. And instead of asking for an apology, the answer was: cash only.
3. We got home to enjoy the pizzas and surprise, the raw pizzas.
I hope that these comments are useful to improve and avoid these inconveniences to other people.
At La Posta you pay a little more and have a better experience.
