Más de una hora después de hecho el pedido llegó. El pedido fue vía telefónica. Hace como 2 semanas, vía web, hice un pedido en línea. Ya había pasado una hora y nada. Entonces hablé por teléfono. Sí, el pedido estaba en la computadora, pero no le habían hecho caso... PÉSIMO SERVICIO y la pizza, bien fría, del congelador a su mesa... I will not buy again. A while ago I got a pizza that seems to have already been around Mérida, VERY COLD, it seems they forgot to heat it. More than an hour after the order actually arrived. The request was made by phone. About 2 weeks ago, via the web, I made an online order. An hour had passed and nothing. So I spoke on the phone. Yes, the request was on the computer, but they had ignored it ... AWFUL SERVICE and the pizza, very cold, from the freezer to your table ...

Vivo a cuatro cuadras del restaurante, hora y media y no llego mi pedido y cuando llame a decir lo molesto que estaba y que quería cancelar la respuesta del restaurante fue un simple “ok”, sin más ni menos. Su comida tiene un sabor decente pero su servicio…. HORRENDO!!! Order only if you have two hours to wait. I live four blocks from the restaurant, an hour and a half and my order did not arrive and when I called to say how upset I was and that I wanted to cancel, the response from the restaurant was a simple “ok”, no more and no less. Their food tastes decent but their service…. HORRIFIC!!!

A	Al Reust on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving benefit of doubt, Sat evening no beer no soda only Tea. The Motorcycle Riders for Pizza delivery were hanging in the dining room. They turned the AC on for us. More after meal arrives.

Portions were huge - however the cooker isn't a chef. 2 different full size orders [feeds 4 btw] delivered oddly. The meatballs on pasta on one plate with nearly no said - pasta on the other -drowning in sauce but no meatball. No parmasean ... The chicken cordon bleu z no bleu, bologna not ham, again drowning in sauce. Not cordon bleu. Period. Add for a beer from the menu - only this Sol. Uh ok. 5 min later - sorry no beer. Lemonada ok - 5 min later - sorry no lemonada. Wtf?! Yeah absurd.
D	Danielle Julien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closest thing to American pizza I've found. Real mozzarella, fresh mushrooms, etc. Yummy. And they deliver! Only tried the pizza so far, but I'm definitely going to try their pasta too.
