★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venden accesorios bonitos pero como tienda de reparación son pésimos y les advierto que lo piensen muy bien de hacerlo ahí. Requerí un cambio de pila de celular pero el repuesto que le colocaron no le funcionó bien. Solicité un cambio por la garantía de 10 días que según dan, pero el teléfono siguió teniendo problemas. Fui por tercera vez y segun le cambiaron la pila nuevamente pero el telefono seguia fallando, la falla era que se apagaba de la nada y costaba para que encendiera. Esa vez culparon al teléfono y sus componentes. Pensando en comprar otro teléfono pero sin el recurso económico decidí colocarle su pila original que le había retirado porque estaba inflada y que la conservaba: el teléfono comenzó a funcionar con normalidad. Por motivos laborales tuve que ir dias después a solicitar la devolución de mi dinero y solo me reembolsaron el 30% a duras penas porque no tenía tiempo de entrar en mayor discusión. Pero si alguien pasó por una situación similar y tiene el tiempo pase a PROFECO y hay que amarrar antes de entregar a reparación que si al día término de la garantía el equipo presenta fallas si le harán devolución de su dinero.
 They sell nice accessories but as a repair shop they are lousy and I warn you to think highly of doing it there. I required a change of cell phone battery but the replacement they put in did not work well. I requested an exchange for the 10-day warranty they claim, but the phone continued to have problems. I went for the third time and according to they changed the battery again but the phone kept failing, the fault was that it turned off out of nowhere and it took time to turn it on. This time they blamed the phone and its components. Thinking of buying another phone but without the economic resource, I decided to put in its original battery that I had withdrawn because it was inflated and that I kept it: the phone began to work normally. For work reasons I had to go days later to request a refund of my money and they only reimbursed me 30% with great difficulty because I did not have time to enter into further discussion. But if someone went through a similar situation and has the time, go to PROFECO and you have to tie up before delivering for repair that if the equipment has failures at the end of the warranty, they will refund your money.
