★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van dos veces que vengo, la actitud de servicio no es la mejor por parte de las empleadas, también le llamado para realizar el pedido y no tardan tanto en la compra de mostrador y no me han mandado nunca el correo la cuenta ni el pedido, sus productos son de buena calidad pero su servicio es pésimo y deja mucho que desear

Erick pésimo; es un inútil realice una compra inefectivo, al día siguiente fui con el cheque, les dije que ya que depositaran el cheque y después me regresaran mi efectivo, y nunca me contesto las llamadas ya que escucho mi solicitud. YO DECIDO DONDE GASTAR MI DINERO Y CON USTEDES NUNCA!!!! (ESTO EN SEPTIEMBRE 2017)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando llegas no hay quien te atienda y cuando por fin te atienden lo hacen con presión y si no sabes de maderas, pues ya te fregaste. Cuando ya compraste los cortes te los hacen al día siguiente y no cumplen la hora pactada. Ojalá mejoraran el servicio.
When you arrive there is no one to attend to you and when they finally attend you they do it with pressure and if you do not know about wood, then you already washed yourself. When you have already bought the cuts they are made the next day and they do not meet the agreed time. I wish they improved the service.
