★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pen broke in the washer and ruined a bunch of clothes. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because the pen was mine, still I feel like they should go through the pockets. Also they didn't say anything about it when I picked the clothes up... Very fast but I don't know if that's a good thing.
