We ordered some food for Shabbat on Thursday. employees (girl) confirmed the delivery time (three times confirmed!) for 1 pm at Friday. 28th of Jan. For 700 dollars in total. Not bad order for them. Guess what time their courier arrived? at 3 pm!!! I spent 2 hours in my car to wait for!!! And all this time this employee (girl) lied to me that the courier had already left, that he was already on his way, and so on. I got tired of waiting and went for coffee at a nearby cafe ON THE MAIN STREET. Much easier for courier. In 500 meters from my first location. Of course I sent them my new location! (at 2pm) It’s important information. Then (at 2.40pm) that brilliant girl tells me that the courier arrived at my first location (40 minutes before she got a new more convenient location!) And then the courier (allegedly) rides this 500 meters for 20 minutes!!! 20 minutes. 500 meters. No excuses, nothing! At the next day owner of this place calling me and ask why did I talk badly to their staff? Seriously??))) I’m explained to him all the situation. He said this was my fault because I changed my location (that’s why I think Im waited 2 hours, of course) BUT he can give me “post discount” 15%. I said “ok”, better than nothing. But they can’t send this money, cash only. I said ok no problem. In the next day I asked the same girl how I can get my “cashback”? She said that she needs to talk with her supervisor. Supervisor more important than owner? Ok. In the next day (bthw all this days I asked in chat first, nobody called me!) she told me “that they can’t give me that money because before they must talk with their accountant and he must talk with their bank and maybe after...” WHAT???... Just another lie. So, today is 10th of February. Of course I didn’t get nothing. What a shame...

Great food great service. Set of salads was a great way to start the meal. Arais was amazing. Steak cooked perfectly. Overall a fantastic experience away from our Cancun resort. Service was exceptional, most notably Flor, Johana, and Neddy (kicker).

Great place! I would suggest to anyone to come try this place out! Great food, and impeccable service! Johanna was amazing! We ordered the Mexican ribeye, beef aryos and they were phenomenal!
