★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue al Mayan Palace, el hotel es bonito y las instalaciones impresionantes pero el servicio es pésimo. Las toallas y muebles de la habitacion están sucias. Se trataron 3 horas en asignar la habitación a las 7:00 pm pero la hora de salidas a las 10:00 am??? Y dejan las habitaciones sucias???
I arrived at the Mayan Palace, the hotel is nice and the facilities impressive but the service is terrible. The towels and furniture in the room are dirty. They were treated 3 hours in assigning the room at 7:00 pm but the departure time at 10:00 am ??? And they leave dirty rooms ???

Es buena para adultos, para niños no mucho.
Yo fui en la mañana y no hay mucha gente, en la tarde ya se junta mucha con vendedores ambulantes molestos
I loved. A quiet beach, the sand is a constant level and the sea comes and goes. You can go deep inside and it will follow the waves at a good level.
It is good for adults, not much for children.
I went in the morning and there are not many people, in the afternoon there are already a lot of annoying street vendors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location, very helpful staff. Room very nice. Amazing view. As always someone brought a large speaker to the pool area to "enhance the mood (not)". Would definitely return to enjoy this safe wonderful resort.
