Acros is in the perfect location if you are looking to be in the heart of the PV action! We had a slight mix up with our reservations but the manager Martha was wonderful and accommodating and was able to give us a room with a balcony overlooking the pool with a view of the ocean! We had a great first day at the pool …great happy hour!! Some rooms are remodeled so be sure to ask before you book. Our room is one of the older rooms but still nice and clean. Thank you Martha!

Playa Los arcos was GREAT! The location is easily the best part. Right on the beach and the Malecon. You are always steps away from fun and beautiful paradise. Most of the rooms overlook the gorgeous pool and cabanas. The service was top notch. Their all inclusive plan is slightly hard to understand but not a real issue. Our room was nothing fancy but was clean and had a very comfy bed with plenty of pillows. I left a bunch of items there when I checked out in a rush and didn't realize it for a few days.......they still were holding my items they found for me days later!! AMAZING!!

Where do I start... Positives: clean room, in the center of town. Negatives: very loud, lots of children, pool warm, and crowded, employees where not happy or pleasant, all inclusive was only one buffet restaurant. I will not be returning! Overall the place was dirty, overcrowded, and loud. If you're looking for a low budget hotel to take a large family with lots of kids then this is for you. But if you are like me; looking for a quiet, relaxing place with good food then look somewhere else. Also, the town itself is really dirty with smells of urine and vomit not sure what the hype is on P.V. but I'm not impressed.

The beds were comfy and the AC kept the room nice and cool. Of course you don't come to PV to stay in your room...so we spent a lot of time in one of the several pools and lounging in the sun. The service was fantastic. The area is surrounded by 100s of different types of dining and entertainment options. We felt safe everywhere we went, even at night. We will definitely be back.

We would not be posting this review if we weren't 100% certain...This place has bed bugs!!!! We stayed four nights and returned home with nasty bites and an infestation of bed bugs throughout our luggage and belongings. We contacted the hotel to inform them of their infestation and provided photos. They denied having bed bugs and we were offered a discount on a future stay. Though the location was great and we enjoyed the amenities, we would NEVER come back. We returned from our vacation and have spent a lot of time, energy, and money irradicating the bed bugs from our belongings and trying to prevent an infestation in our house. Definitely not worth it!! Picture of a bed bug found on my pillow and another the day we got home and treated with a bed bug fogger.

The rooms were nothing special, just a place to sleep. We had an awesome view from our balcony though and the pools were fantastic. The location was wonderful and right on the beach, we are definitely staying here again. We added the all inclusive package, we watched amazing sunsets at dinner every night we were there. Very family friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly, and they stuck to the local COVID safety protocols. Testing to fly back home was also on site (About 600 pesos)

First of all let's get this up front. This is not a new resort or building. If that is a problem move on. Having said that. It is a very well taken care of resort. Well maintained very clean. With a super friendly staff, it's on the beach. Downtown in the Romantic Zone, near most everything. Four stars because of the age. Thermostat in room not working. Luckily stuck in freezer mode. Girlfriend not happy with that, but I'm okay with it . Staff in the beachfront restaurant not very attentive, seem to have zero peripheral vision wave your glass or cup till your arm is numb and they never seem to see me. This is after being here for a couple of days and tipping well. Maybe no tip will get there attention not sure...

Great space north of the sail to get a spot on the beach with food and drink service. Takes a little bit of time to check in but once done it’s great. Service is excellent. 600 pesos per person gets you a spot on the beach with umbrella, towel and chair, and that includes 400 spending on drinks and food! A bit more low key than down by Blue Chairs but am great price.
