★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented Villa Unica from Playa Moments and it was amazing!! This house is like a boutique hotel - gym, massage room, plenty of room for everyone. The best part was we were 20 steps from the beach. The upstairs cocktail pool was amazing no matter what time of day or night you were up there. The staff was super helpful anytime we needed anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are seemingly a decent company however I would have expected a little more flexibility with the Covid situation. They do indicate there are no refund or adjustments on their site and they fully adhere to the rule. We wanted to stay with them and asked to switch somethings up but they refused. They pocketed our deposit with no refund due to our inability to get their due to COVID. They wouldn't reschedule or put us up in a different place. They just pocketed the cash and said, "see ya". Needless to say if your plans dont change or you dont get COVID likely an ok place to stay but if you need to switch anything or cancel find a different place to rent from. I lost $800 in the end. I gave them every chance to not let me write a negative review but they ended up asking us to stop contacting them. Which was weird. Oh and they did ask us to provide $500 cash upon arrive which is odd why not a CC hold.

We did have one hiccup at check-in but our concierge Luciano was absolutely amazing to work with to resolve and the owners were very supportive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola. We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit has plenty of room. Pool and patio was private and exceptional.
The concierge service was excellent. Luciano was a great help and very professional.
Very close to the beach and 5 Avenue. Great location. No need for a car.
A little noisy and wifi range wasn't great.
Also very safe area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay! The location is unbeatable - walking distance to anything you’d need. The amenities are great - pool, hot tub, beach access - all very well kept and friendly staff! The apartment was clean, comfortable beds, spacious and bright. The fridge did stop working but was replaced the next day. Some of the furnishings are showing their age but that’s minor really.

Luciano our concierge was helpful in getting us Covid tests before leaving among other things as well. The stay is nice and spacious and the pool area relaxing. I would recommend.
