They are good vets and they offer better services than most vets around the country, and I do recommend them for most services in the Tulum area. They helped prepare my cat for international travel by doing a health revision. I was disappointed with the documentation they provided me. After making several visits to the clinic and writing via email/messenger I thought we were on the same page but the travel documents lacked important details like my cats micro chip number, or the vaccine lot numbers etc. I felt like they try to cram in as many clinic visits as they can and rushed me through without truly giving attention to what I was asking for.

Pedro, who examined our dog and prescribed the medications, was beyond helpful and guided us through all the questions and doubts about everything. I really appreciated the service here. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vet and all the coworkers are very helpful. We wanted to have them take a look at a very sick streetdog. In spite of the late hour (close to closing time) we were still helped. We received already the same night some meds for her. Blood results were already available next morning. Good to see that in Mexico at least some people like and help pets! They are among those people! Also the clients in the waiting room were helpful. Very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, loving vet! The people who work there are professional and care about your pet. They are more equipped for cats and dogs and not so much for wild animals. I have never had a bad experience and everyone there has been extremely helpful. This is my first choice for a vet in Tulum! They also carry lots of high end pet food and accessories for your pet.
