Estaba muy indecisa con que dentista llevar mi tratamiento de ortodoncia, pero después de investigar mucho ellos cumplieron con todas mis exigencias, muy profesionales, aún asisto con ellos a mi tratamiento de ortodoncia y cada mes veo los resultados deseados ? totalmente recomendado para todo.¡Si pudiera darle 10 estrellas lo haría! ?
EXCELLENT! I was very undecided with which dentist to take my orthodontic treatment, but after doing a lot of research they met all my demands, very professional, I still attend my orthodontic treatment with them and every month I see the desired results ? totally recommended for everything. If I could give it 10 stars I would! ?

Desde el primer día que llegué hasta la fecha la atención siempre ha sido formidable, amabilidad por parte de todos. Estefi en recepción, muy cordial y dispuesta a lo que requerí en todo momento.
El profesionalismo, la experiencia, la puntualidad y la cordialidad del Dr Ricardo han sido excelentes. El tratamiento de ortodoncia quedó súper bien y el seguimiento posterior al mismo también ha sido excelente.
Agradezco a Playa Smiles por el buen servicio que me han prestado.

From the first day I arrived to date, the attention has always been formidable, kindness from everyone. Estefi at reception, very cordial and ready to do what I required at all times.
The professionalism, experience, punctuality and cordiality of Dr Ricardo have been excellent. The orthodontic treatment was super good and the follow-up after it has also been excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going back and forth with deciding to get invisalign or brackets. While I cant speak on there technical skills I can speak on there consult.
After being recomended by both another doctor and a patient I decided to check Dr. Perez out. From the get go I was greeted with a warm inviting smile and a happy dispostion. He really took the time to not only get to know me but my boyfriend as well. He spoke throughly on the process he thought would best suite my teeth andthe reason why he believed this to be true. He even showedme examples of smilar teeth as mine so that i could get an idea of what it may look like.. He answered all of my answers until I felt clear and heard. What i liked the most was that he was able to speak both spanish and english and switch back with ease. All in all it was an incredibly informative experiance and i see myself coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentist is a very nice and caring lady, I had a broken tooth and she was very supportive and helped me out in this emergency situation. The office itself is small and the equipment looks dated, but the staff is what mattered to me, so in the end I paid very little money (900 pesos total for X-ray, extraction and other procedures) and came out happy and fixed. I can recommend it for consultation or simpler tasks. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I traveled to Playa del Carmen for vacation over the Christmas/New Year holidays. Since my husband was in desperate need of new dentures we decided to give it a try and called a few places. The entire Playa Smiles staff was amazing and took better care of my husband than back in San Diego, where he got his first dentures made. The dental assistant was caring and extremely precise. They worked with the lab to get the perfect dentures made for my husband and at the end he was so happy with the results. The entire staff speaks English (some better than others) and they work together to make sure that their patients understand all the steps along the way. Everyone was very cautious about Covid and wore face masks the entire time. We would definitely go back to Playa Smiles and highly recommend their practice to everyone. Thank you again for making my husband happy and giving him a gorgeous smile! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an expat it can be very difficult to find a medical professional that you trust. After some friend recommendations, google searches, and prompt replies I chose Playa Smiles. The prices are fantastic and the work is excellent. I had to have a 1/2 crown put in and it was done perfectly. It’s a completely new tooth. I also got a cleaning and that was a quick and easy process. She’ll be my dentist moving forward while I live down here!
