Excellent Vacation Hotel at a good Price. Good Recreational areas and beach. Food was also great!

The check in is awfully slow, you can wait in the line up to 2 hours, the rooms are OK but the wifi doesn't reach all the rooms, the all-inclusive package doesn't includes nice drinks, the beer wasn't that good (It felt like they pour some water in it) and everything literally dies after 10:30, no more drinks nor events in the lobby. On the other hand, the beach is pretty nice

TO ALL THE FOREIGN TOURISTS WHICH ACTUALLY TAKE CARE ABOUT THE ETHICS AND NON-DISCRIMINATION BEHAVIOR OF THE HOTEL THEY PLANNED TO STAY IN: It is such a disgrace for our country to have these kind of hotels which do not treat equally foreign and national tourists. I spent one week there and arriving to the hotel they told me there is a problem with my room and they sent me to another one at the 17th floor in a deplorable condition: the room was not clean and the bed was completely not functional, destroyed and impossible to sleep there. Still the manager from the hotel was completely unprofessional saying it was the agency's fault (which can cover up the fact they changed me to another room but not the fact that the room was not clean and destroyed). I ended up having to pay more to have the exact same room I payed for two months ago when I booked for this hotel. The rest of the week was pretty much the same, I received bad service of people from the hotel giving additional services to the Canadian tourists, privileges that any of the national tourist which payed for the exact same service actually had. It is impossible to express my frustration for this. Very very sad, frustrating and disappointing.

Old building and rooms, but it's clean and in good condition. Prices are fair, service is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to enjoy the main Acapulco attractions. Rooms have a fridge but no stove. Pool, restaurant and bar were crowded and you even had to queue for the breakfast. The beachfront is covered with pay to use umbrellas, no place for your own umbrella or towel. In general it's alright, you get what you pay for.

No fridge, ac not very cold. Nice view though. Rooms are decent. Not a 4 star room

Good room size and pool but too old overall. Customers service is not the best. AC never get under 27°. Good and varied food. Good location in the city.

I stayed 4 days and each day Me and my all family members we got ghost experience in the room. That was seriously terrible scary experience.

Check in took almost an hour because of their inefficient and outdated process. The first room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned yet and was disgusting! The bathroom was horrific. They gave us a new room, and said we could use the pool until the new room was ready, but then the towel attendant wouldn’t give us any towels without a room number, which we didn’t have yet. Finally got to the new room. The television and air conditioning were broken. The repair fellow was very helpful, but it took him an hour and a half to fix everything (which included replacing the tv). But when the air conditioning broke again overnight, we had enough. Unfortunately, my brother-in-law had prepaid, and they refused to give him a refund for the two nights we didn’t stay.
