Excellent service. Especially Miss Kenia was very helpful and super professional. I strongly recommend this lab.

I have waited for 45 minutes to get inside. After that I found out that the results of Rapid Antigen Test takes 6 hours. The samples are taken in a crammed office with 3 staff members and they easily take 3 more people inside for their samples to be taken. The price is good, personell friendly but you have to be ready for these downsides and if you want an actual laboratory, go somewhere else and pay extra. As per answer to my review below - it is very uncommon to have results of a rapid test delivered in 6 hours therefore I am made this review for people who do not want to go to check the sticker on the door before going for a test, also if you have a different information on your website. And I have to correct you - I told you, that I was misinformed that it takes 4 hrs and just asked why does it take so long and went elsewhere. I am very disappointed by your arrogance and judgments. + some of the reviews are possibly quite fake, just to increase the overall rating.

We got there at 7:20am and were first in line (on a Friday). A few people came after us. They opened the doors right at 8am, did our tests and paperwork (two of us) and we were done by 8:10am. Results were emailed and whatsapp'd to us exactly when we were told (10:30pm). We saved about $80US per person vs what our resort was charging. We had a rental car so it was easy, not sure how much taxis are. Would recommend, but try to get there before they open, quite a few taxi loads of people pulled up while we were there. Don't forget your passport. Thank you Playalab!

Excellent for PCR. We walked in at 9am and we’re done in 15 minutes. No wait. Paid w credit card, results emailed an hour earlier than promised (promised by 6pm, received at 4pm). Bring your passport. That is the only thing we missed but we were only 2 blocks away so we went back and grabbed them. Clean, prompt and much cheaper than others. Confusing website but they will email you results so you don’t have to use their website or WhatsApp. Although it seems that works as well. Thank you.

Did test PCR at 08:00 AM and got results by what’s up at 10 Pm same day. Flight was best day afternoon, they required 48h PCR. Very cool and convenient. Thaw was the best price in Playa ?

Great spot for test prior to return to U.S. Good price, takes credit cards, straightforward, noon test results sent out by WhatsApp (or email if requested) at 7pm. Would return there 100% if I'm in Playa del Carmen again. Keep up the good work, Playalab team!

Best place to get your test done. Fast and good service, no need to book in advance and half the price of what other places are charging. Count 5-6h for results (antigen)

Walked in on a Tuesday at 9:15 am for Antigen test, no wait. Very clean and comfortable. Had fantastic service by Ixzayana and Kenya. One important note: take your passport as they need it for the records. Received my result by 4 pm that day via email earlier than expected.
