Básicamente se trata de una fábrica transformada en plaza.
Todo inicio con la apertura de la mini bodega Aurrerá, que es un beneficio para los vecinos de la colonia, ya que el centro comercial más cercano está aproximadamente a 20 minutos en automóvil.
A partir de ahí se sumaron otros negocios como lo son: gimnasio, centro de lenguas extranjeras de la UNAM, estetica, podólogo, y una cafetería.
Cuenta con un pequeño estacionamiento.

It all started with the opening of the Aurrerá mini winery, which is a benefit for the residents of the neighborhood, since the closest shopping center is approximately 20 minutes away by car.

It has a small parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buen lugar para hacer compras rápidas, ir al gym e incluso comprar de comer. Hay una bodega Aurrerá, pollos rostizados, un Gym y una estética. Es un lugar muy pequeño pero muy práctico por lo que es recomendable para pasar a hacer compras.
