Se reporta el mismo problema todos los días y la administradora simplemente no hace nada. ni siquiera se toma la molestia se contestar su número de teléfono. Si este no es lugar para ti!!!
I give it two stars for the lousy management. I've been living for more than two months and the internet still doesn't work. The same problem is reported every day and the administrator just doesn't do anything. He doesn't even bother to answer your phone number. If this is not the place for you !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edificio está muy bien ubicado, es un lugar tranquilo y cercano a muchos negocios para comer y comprar víveres, así como de la marina y la playa. Hay un sitio de taxis a media cuadra de la entrada del edificio. Lo único malo, que no creo sea algo sólo de este sitio, es que su conexión a Internet es muy baja y se reparte entre todos los departamentos.
The building is very well located, it is a quiet place and close to many businesses to eat and buy food, as well as the marina and the beach. There is a taxi stand half a block from the entrance of the building. The only bad thing, which I don't think is something only of this site, is that its Internet connection is very low and is distributed among all the departments.

Me hospedé una semana y el lugar me pareció super bien. El lugar tiene lo que necesitas, clima, cama, baño completo, cocina, comedor, guardarropa.
A 3 minutos de la bahía principal caminando.
Fue un tiempo muy agradable y tranquilo, el administrador Fulvio muy amable y atento a nuestras preguntas.
If what you are looking for is a quiet and relaxing place, this option is a good one.
I stayed a week and the place seemed super good. The place has what you need, climate, bed, full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, wardrobe.
3 minutes from the main bay walking.
It was a very nice and quiet time, the administrator Fulvio very friendly and attentive to our questions.
