★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich frühstücke jeden Morgen bei Oscar. Die Lage am Strand ist sehr schön. Schon beim reichhaltigen Frühstuck schmeckt man Oscars langjährige Erfahrung als Koch heraus. Die Speisen sind liebevoll mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Seine Marmeladen sind göttlich, der auf französische Art zubereitete Kaffee schmeckt vorzüglich. Mittags eine Platte mit frisch zubereiteten Früchten und einen kühlen Smoothie dazu. Für heute Abend habe ein typisches Gericht aus Oaxaca bestellt, das im dreibeinigen Mörser zubereitet und serviert wird. Ich bin freue mich schon darauf
I have breakfast at Oscar's every morning. The location on the beach is very nice. Oscar's many years of experience as a chef can already be tasted at the hearty breakfast. The dishes are lovingly prepared with fresh ingredients. His jams are divine, the French-style coffee is delicious. At lunchtime, a platter of freshly prepared fruit and a cool smoothie. For tonight I ordered a typical Oaxacan dish that is prepared and served in a three-legged mortar. I'm looking forward to it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oscar ist sehr freundlich und erklärt alles genau, was man über die Zubereitung der mexikanischen Speisen wissen möchte. Da mir und meinem Mann seine Marmelade so gut geschmeckt hat, durften wir heute nach dem Frühstück dabei sein, als er frische Marmelade gekocht hat. Es war sehr interessant.
Oscar is very friendly and explains everything you need to know about the preparation of the Mexican food in detail. Since my husband and I liked his jam so much, we were allowed to watch him make fresh jam after breakfast today. It was very interesting.
