I loved the place, the view, the very comfortable and good-sized room, but the attention and hospitality is the best. Ana and her husband make you feel at home.

The villa is perched above the city...just enough to be quiet and 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle and the beaches...Anne-Laure warmly welcomes you in a Franco-Mexican way...you feel at home house...and if you come from February, you can see the whales pass by the villa while drinking your morning coffee...so...just one thing to do...book...?

Mi única sugerencia es que tengan cuidado cuando hagan la reservación, yo pagué un precio por un cuarto “con mejor vista” y cuando llegué me dieron otro en planta baja donde no podía abrir las persianas ya que me veía cualquiera que pasara por las áreas comunes. Mi sugerencia: cuando reserven les piden que manden un mail, DEJEN POR ESCRITO LO MÁS QUE PUDEAN DE LA CONVERSACIÓN TELEFÓNICA Y DATOS DE LA HABITACION para que quede TODO documentado. Si pueden pregunten como se llama la habitación que están reservando y déjenlo escrito en el mail. -en la página web verán los nombres de la habitación y las fotos. a mi me dieron la Suite.- Si van a este hotel les recomiendo pidan la Junior Suite o Máster suite. Las otras dos NO TIENEN VISTA AL MAR y están en PB. Ubicación: Yo traía coche y no tuve ningún problema para ir a zipolite, peroooooo si no traes coche las villas no están ubicadas a una distancia caminable de las playa más cercanas, tendrán que pedir taxis o caminar en el día, en la noche no lo recomiendo dado que es caminar por una carretera que no está iluminada. Staff: el trato de los dueños no fue grosero pero les falta muchísima experiencia para tratar a los clientes y mucho que mejorar en cuanto a servicio a cliente. The place is nice, the rooms are comfortable with a good size. My only suggestion is to be careful when making the reservation, I paid a price for a room "with a better view" and when I arrived they gave me another one on the ground floor where I could not open the blinds since anyone who passed through the common areas could see me . My suggestion: when you book, ask them to send an email, LEAVE AS MUCH IN WRITING AS YOU CAN OF THE PHONE CONVERSATION AND ROOM DATA so that EVERYTHING is documented. If you can ask what the name of the room you are reserving is called and leave it written in the mail. -on the website you will see the names of the room and the photos. They gave me the Suite.- If you go to this hotel, I recommend asking for the Junior Suite or Master Suite. The other two DO NOT HAVE A SEA VIEW and are on the ground floor. Location: I had a car and I had no problem going to Zipolite, but if you don't have a car, the villas are not located within walking distance of the nearest beach, you will have to ask for taxis or walk during the day, at night you don't I recommend given that it is walking on a road that is not lit. Staff: the treatment of the owners was not rude but they lack a lot of experience to treat customers and much to improve in terms of customer service.

From the moment you arrive the atmosphere is wonderful, the attention of the hosts is incredible, the view from the room is extraordinary, we had to see whales, a vacation that I will never forget, the incredible room, super clean, fresh and with a woww view, a hundred percent recommended, we hope to return very soon.

K	Kin Isamov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved it out there. It’s quaint and secluded with about 10-15 walk to Playa Amor at Zipolite. Paul is attentive and has many cool stories. The hotel itself is one of the few places in Mexico that’s built well. Rooms are spacious and the view is amazing!
E	Elena Bartolini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my boyfriend had a lovely time here ❤️ We booked the Master suite for the view, and I have to see it was totally worth it. You get a bedroom with an incredible view and balcony on two sides. Worth it the price that alone! The owners are very kind and welcoming, the last day we had a night bus and could leave our luggages there and also take a shower in the common bathroom downstairs, which was super convenient for us to enjoy the last day at the beach. The only thing i would do is renovating the bathroom, the shower looked a bit outdated for the price of the room. But this is a minor note. I'd def recommend this place, keeping it in mind, it is a bit further away from the beach (20mins walking from playa de l'amor in Zipolite). We rented a motorbike and with that we easily went not only to the Zipolite and the other villages but also exploring some very beautiful hidden beaches after Puerto Angel!
