★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamas compren en imprenta Juarez es el primer local con tarros, vasos y demás recuerdos, primero te dan una fecha de entrega que son aproximadamente 15 dias, por cierto les dejas apartado , después te hablan faltando dos días para tu entrega diciendo que te entregan dos días después porque no están listos, te vuelven a marcar h así se la pasan posponiendo la fecha de entrega tuve que venir ya a recojer 25 días después, llego y me encuentro la gran sorpresa de que apenas van a empezar a hacer mis recuerdos la verdad un total asco de servicio, pero eso si para cobrar siii están buenos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero recomendable a mi me estafaron con las invitaciones de boda las sigo esperando desde el mes de agosto del año pasado y no veo entrega ni reembolso solo te hacen dar muchas vueltas y te dan largas me isieron esperarlos todo el dia el dia de la entrega y me salieron con su no todavia no estan hubo problemas con la imprenta....... Yo fui al local 14 ahi les dejo la foto de la nota que se pago dice mundo de papel y jamas me entregaron o me reembolsaron.... Hacen dar vueltas a lo menso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pequeño "multilocal" en donde la mayoria de los negocios ha quedado mal (comentarios de clientes) en lo personal fue un pesimo servicio, no entregaron a tiempo las invitaciones y uno de los problemas reales fue el hecho de que al pedir un reembolso o alguna solución, el dueño de uno de estos locales nos dijo: "Pues si quieres hablale a PROFECO o a la policía, aqui no nos hacen nada". Se decidio hacer la invitaciones en otro lugar.
Mi recomendación es que si quieren hacer algún trabajo ahí bajo su propio riesgo o con un plazo muy largo de tiempo, desconfien de los tiempos que les dan, no paguen en ningún momento el total del trabajo hasta que este les haya sido entregado y por último en el primer local del lado derecho no es seguro ni la entrega de las invitaciones ni el reembolso.

En mi vida recomendaría, NUNCA, por ejemplo, a los locales de República de Brasil, No. 29 (Eleke Oñy), porque en más de tres semanas no me entregaron las invitaciones que ya estaban pagadas.
Por otra parte, recomiendo ampliamente a Impresos Barrientos (República de Brasil, No. 28). Ahí me tuvieron las cosas en menos de una semana.

Realice un pedido de unos arreglos para mesa y un día antes de mi evento empezaron con pretextos de entrega y al final me marcaron para decirme que no me los habían hecho! No solo me hicieron pasar un mal rato por su irresponsabilidad sino que todavía me robaron me dinero ya que hasta la fecha sigo esperando su supuesto depósito. Fui a la sucursal para reclamar y estaba cerrado. La señora supuestamente encargada, se llama Araceli Gómez. Así que mejor vayan a cualquier otro lugar y no arriesguen su dinero con personas rateras e irresponsables como ellos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, me han estafado en esa plaza, mande a hacer unos vasos y no me los han entregado, piden mas del 50% de adelanto y ya no entregan nada, ahora con la pandemia ni siquiera abren y no responden al teléfono que dieron, y cuando lo hacen quieren mas dinero para según ellos entregarte el pedido por que ya les subieron los costos, pero si les dices que el día que te entregue se los das te cuelgan y se hacen los ofendidos. Alguien que ya los halla denunciado me podría orientar?
