★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zacatlan has Santander bank. But you gotta pay to park. It's basically an empty plaza with paid parking. A second story with a restaurant. Bomberos sin fronteras rescues a lot of street dogs there. They put reflective collars on the street dogs and give them vaccines.
