★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron cita para las 11 esperé hasta las 11:15 y nunca llegaron, no contestaron el teléfono ni nada, muy mal servicio e iba a ser cliente nuevo. Muy decepcionante.
They gave me an appointment for 11, I waited until 11:15 and they never came, they didn't answer the phone or anything, very bad service and I was going to be a new customer. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien servicio y respecto al comentario de "Mariel Godoy" me permito informarles que eso no es cierto, yo llevo a mis perros ahí y siempre me atienden de maravilla, aparte de que mis perros nunca han tenido un problema, siempre los tratan con cariño. Por eso la peluquería está en frente del negocio, para que el público pueda ver el trato que les dan a los animales. Gracias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor es muy bueno, salvó a una de mis gatitas y siempre da diagnósticos acertados. Con el no tengo ningun problema. Por otro lado, la otra doctora no es nada profesional y por una mala aplicación del medicamento casi mata a una de mis gatitas (el medicamento era altamente tóxico para gatos y mi mascota tuvo que ser hospitalizada). Fue un caso de negligencia.
The doctor is very good, saved one of my kittens and always gives accurate diagnoses. With him I have no problem. On the other hand, the other doctor is not professional and for a bad application of the medicine almost killed one of my kittens (the medicine was highly toxic for cats and my pet had to be hospitalized). It was a case of negligence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo recomiendo con reservas, todo depende qué médico atienda. El doctor es muy bueno, y sólo por él le doy una buena calificación. Sin embargo, la otra doctora es pésima, por una negligencia, casi muere mi mascota y la tuve que llevar a un hospital para que la salvaran. Ella en ningún momento se hizo responsable y mostró poco profesionalismo al administrar un medicamento cutáneo a un gato, cuando en la ficha técnica del producto decía que era altamente tóxico para gatos (eso lo supe después de la hospitalización).

However, the other doctor is terrible, due to negligence, my pet almost died and I had to take her to a hospital to be rescued. At no time was she held responsible and showed little professionalism when administering a cutaneous medicine to a cat, when in the technical file of the product she said that it was highly toxic for cats (that I knew after the hospitalization).
