★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've shopped at Plaza Neza since the building was first erected under Commercial Mexicana, eventually it opened up to small private Business until it converted to what we know now as plaza Neza. Great memories, many years of playing arcades after school, attending the movie theater with friends and eating garnachas for lunch.
