★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Public garden located downtown with several trees and folks selling food. There's free WiFi provided by the local government but you can expect it to be slow on crowded days. Nice illumination at night and is usually guarded at all times since the local government office is right in front of it. Cons are that it does not have a parking lot nor restrooms available to the public.
