★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trate de sacar mi licencia y tenia todos los documentos que su sitio web pide. Llegué a las 11 am y me dijeron que "debo llegar a las 9am" ya que solo dan 20 fichas por día. También tenían problemas técnicos con caja y no existe otra forma alternativa de pagar. Pésimo servicio, deja mucho que desear. Si pueden hagan sus tramites en otro lugar.
I tried to get my license and I had all the documents that your website asks for. I arrived at 11am and they told me "I must arrive at 9am" since they only give 20 tokens per day. They also had technical problems with cash and there is no alternative way to pay. Terrible service, leaves a lot to be desired. If you can do your paperwork elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stopped at Puerto morelos more than 3 times over the past 2 years on trips to Yucatan. I will never be back. We accidentally parked in the wrong place. As I was sitting in the car and they could have asked me to move it, they immediately removed our license plate from the car and held it for ransom. Very sneaky people. My husband and I are Latino tourists, so watch out. Horrible and corrupt. Good riddance Puerto morelos. We will never return to your city with criminal police.
