★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradezco al personal en barco su atención y servicio al cliente, siempre muy cordiales y alegres, que hicieron placentero mi viaje, tratando a todos con mucho respeto, también agradecer la bebida de cortesía en cabina, excelente para bajar el calor del día.
Sin embargo en Puerto, a pesar que tienen medidas de protección para COVID lamentablemente la gente no sigue las instrucciones y no hay quien verifique esto.
La subida de pasajeros es muy lenta y hay poca distancia entre ellos, se hacen grupos de aproximadamente 50 personas y muchos de ellos se quitan el cubrebocas y no hay quien llame la atención.
Tienen gel antibacterial pero no le exigen al pasajero que lo usé al momento de pasar a revisión previo a subir al barco.
Tanto en Puerto como en barco, no pude encontrar algún personal que me pudiera decir con que solución están sanitizando las instalaciones.
Creo indispensable dar servicio a las instalaciones, ya que algunas zonas están maltratadas por el uso, tuve un problema con la regadera en cabina, estaba rota y al abrir la llave salió disparada y me golpeó.
I thank the staff on the boat for their attention and customer service, always very cordial and cheerful, who made my trip pleasant, treating everyone with great respect, also thanking the courtesy drink in the cabin, excellent to lower the heat of the day.
However, in Puerto, despite having protection measures for COVID, unfortunately people do not follow the instructions and there is no one to verify this.
The rise of passengers is very slow and there is little distance between them, groups of approximately 50 people are made and many of them take off their masks and there is no one who draws attention.
They have antibacterial gel but they do not require the passenger to use it at the time of reviewing before boarding the boat.
Both in the port and on the ship, I could not find any personnel who could tell me what solution they are sanitizing the facilities with.
I think it is essential to service the facilities, since some areas are battered by use, I had a problem with the shower in the cabin, it was broken and when I opened the key it shot out and hit me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great port! It looks very industrial when you get there but carts will take you to the main street. When you get there look for a blue line that traverses several neighborhoods straight to the old part of Mazatlan. It is perfectly safe (we saw lots of police) and there are several English speaking volunteers (wearing blue shirts) that are there to help you. The walk was very short and old Mazatlan is a beautiful city. Unless you are with elderly I really don't think you have to take a cab into the city.
