★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo para rentar, colchón limpio pero maltratado, hay cucarachas (juanes), si hay agua caliente, si hay refrigerador, trastes.
 Terrible for rent, clean but battered mattress, there are cockroaches (juanes), if there is hot water, if there is a refrigerator, dishes.

Very nice and quiet. Full security for being a closed preserve. Regarding many unfurnished rooms that are much higher in price compared to this place. I recommend because it is a quiet place for students or people who work and want and tranquility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin servicio de internet (lo ofrecen, pero no sirve) ofrecen una cocina "equipada" y no son mas que cazuelas que no sirven para nada, lavadoras y secadoras en pésimo estado, bastante groseros los dueños, el encargado Chava es lo único rescatable.
Además si por x circunstancia te atrasas o no puedes pagar el día de tu renta te quieren cobrar $100 diarios extra.
Without internet service (they offer it, but it does not work) they offer a "equipped" kitchen and they are nothing more than pots that are useless, washers and dryers in terrible condition, quite rude the owners, the manager Chava is the only redeemable.
Also if by x circumstance you fall behind or you cannot pay the day of your rent they want to charge you $ 100 extra per day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El internet que ofrecen ni sirve (nunca hay señal, y cuando la hay es inestable), no hay control en los refrigeradores y muchas veces sólo dos o tres personas pueden utilizarlos.
Los cuartos son feos.
The internet they offer doesn't even work (there is never a signal, and when there is, it is unstable), there is no control over the refrigerators and often only two or three people can use them.
The rooms are ugly.
