★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar pésimo!! Nos dieron una habitación dónde era una área de motel.. ósea entraban cada media hora a rentarla y a estar limpiando hasta en la madrugada, no dejaban dormir. Dan sólo 1 taolla por habitación, infestado de hormigas, almohadas duras y viejas.. lo mismo con el colchón, sin agua caliente... no regreso ni lo recomiendo!
 A lousy place! They gave us a room where a motel area was ... bone they entered every half an hour to rent it and to be cleaning until dawn, they didn't let them sleep. They give only 1 taolla per room, infested with ants, hard and old pillows ... the same with the mattress, without hot water ... I do not return or recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se rento una habitación para dos personas (mama y tia), que venían de visita a playa del carmen, fuimos a pasear y al regresar al hotel mi novia y yo las acompañamos un rato en la habitación para cenar y ponernos de acuerdo para el día siguiente: desde que estuvimos en la habitación estuvieron moleste y moleste de recepción que no podíamos estar ahí, que la habitación se rento para dos, les dijimos que estábamos cenando y no pretendíamos quedarnos y siguieron jodi3ndo a cada rato, que hotel no permite visitas? Es tonto, En fin! JAMAS RECOMENDARÍA NI VOLVERIA A ESTE LUGAR. El "recepcionista de la noche" del día de ayer 09 de enero 2021 es de lo peor, ni actitud de servicio, ni educación y menos tacto para tratar a los que fuimos sus clientes. PÉSIMO!!!
We rented a room for two people (mom and aunt), who came to visit Playa del Carmen, we went for a walk and when we returned to the hotel my girlfriend and I accompanied them to the room for dinner and agreed for the day next: since we were in the room they were annoyed and bothered by reception that we could not be there, that the room was rented for two, we told them that we were having dinner and we did not intend to stay and they continued to screw up all the time, which hotel does not allow visitors? It's silly, Anyway! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN TO THIS PLACE. The "night receptionist" yesterday January 9, 2021 is the worst, no service attitude, no politeness and less tact to treat those of us who were his clients. APPALLING!!!
