The owners are totally nice and the hotel is located near the lake. However, the rooms are a bit in need of renovation

I do not recommend the place, it needs remodeling, maintenance and cleaning. People are very friendly and help in what they can best, good breakfast as much as possible.

I highly recommend this place, the hosts are lovely and explain everything about the small village of Rio Lagartos. The accommodation is very clean and air conditioned.
